Admin metric sources
The Users directory combines current account/wallet dimensions from Neon with worker-prepared ClickHouse usage aggregates. Search, sorting and pagination do not query usage history. The browser refreshes the visible list each minute; the worker refreshes the current month on a two-minute cadence, subject to source lag and an ongoing report build. Changed usage versions trigger closed-month rebuilds; other historical dimensions are rechecked daily.
Users
- Account and plan counts cover existing accounts, irrespective of list filters. Plan access resolves current entitlements, expiry and scheduled changes.
- Active today uses meaningful play, Studio, community and reward actions in UTC. The selected historical period does not change the meaning of “today”.
- Play messages count successful
send,regenerate,continueandpvz-davegenerations. Empty/failed calls consume tokens/cost but are not play messages. - Tokens cover every recorded endpoint, including background memory, failed calls, translations and BYOK. The platform-wide Overview also includes retained usage for accounts that no longer appear in the current directory.
- Cost excludes BYOK. Recorded request charges take precedence, including a provider-reported zero. Only requests without a recorded charge use reference model prices. Historical reference estimates do not reconstruct cache discounts or invoices. Unpriced calls cannot erase the known subtotal or silently drop a high-spend user to the bottom; the row identifies partial coverage.
- Reference prices include inactive catalog entries and a small reporting-only fallback catalog in
analytics-model-prices.ts, with source URLs and a checked date. This does not change user billing or model availability. - All-time time uses the lifetime account counter plus linked standalone time that does not overlap main-app intervals. Date ranges use measured intervals. Older undated counters cannot be allocated to individual days. Unlinked guests belong in Overview/game analytics, not the account directory.
- Creator interactions count other users' successful play generations on currently owned worlds. Self-play and deleted/missing world attribution are excluded.
- Session and library removal preserve the world ID on older usage before deleting the session. Previously lost world IDs cannot be inferred from token totals.
Overview
1D / 7D / 1Mquick figures mean today, the most recent seven UTC dates and the most recent thirty UTC dates. They are independent of the selected main period.W1is reserved for retention in the following calendar week.- Token totals, time series and the complete model table are generated by a single grouped query. No model tail is dropped. The UI progressively displays 50 rows.
- Stripe net receipts subtract refunds, net disputes and cash-paid fees. Account transfers/payouts are not sales. OpenRouter spend uses the billed account rollup, already reflecting provider cache pricing. These authoritative totals must not be replaced with sums of historical per-user price estimates.
- All-time metrics include pre-April history; charts start April 1. Source cutoffs travel with each cached report. A live CDC heartbeat proves liveness, not a transactionally frozen multi-table snapshot: late-arriving usage appears on the next refresh. Reconciliation uses the same cutoff or closed dates.
- Retention headers pool eligible people, not percentages. D1 uses the next day, W1 any day of the next UTC Monday–Sunday week, M1 the next monthly return window. Active retention and play-qualified 3+/10+ retention have different populations.
- Historical Mushie funding origin is an allocation, not a reconstructed exact wallet-lot trace. Unknown historical provider charges remain explicitly unknown.
