What is Yumina

Yumina is an AI interactive fiction platform. You play worlds -- games, stories, simulations -- where AI generates the narrative in real time based on your choices.

Unlike a visual novel with fixed branches, there are no predetermined paths. The AI plays the narrator and all characters, reacting to whatever you do. Say "I kick down the door" and the AI describes what happens. Say "I try to negotiate" and you get a completely different scene.

Worlds have game state -- health, gold, relationships, inventories -- that changes based on what happens in the story and feeds back into the AI's decisions. Creators can build custom UIs with health bars, maps, character sprites, inventories, and more.
